A few key reminders regarding the water delivery process:
- The delivery driver will replace all empty bottles with full bottles on a one-for-one basis. If you need more (or fewer) bottles then you currently have, please leave a note, prominently placed, on an empty bottle so the driver knows how many bottles to add/decrease to your inventory.
- If you have a mechanical problem with a cooler, did not receive a delivery on a scheduled delivery date, or have other operational or delivery related concerns, contact our account representative at the information listed below:
