Business Services
Business Services oversees all outsourced operations on campus, including all dining, catering, and snack bar operations, the bookstore, transportation, office supply purchasing, outside copying functions and bottled water delivery. In addition, Business Services approves the rental of Milton Academy’s facilities to non-Academy groups and manages all Milton Academy owned summer programs. The mission of the office is to ensure the successful execution of all outsourced operations on campus as well as to maximize the use of campus facilities and revenue potential, while always ensuring that such use does not interfere with the primary educational mission and programming of the school.

Controller’s Office
The mission of the controller’s office is to provide quality service to all customers throughout the Milton Academy community, and to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The controller’s office develops systems, policies and procedures for the efficient and effective management of the Academy’s financial resources. We provide accurate, timely and useful information and analysis to assist departments in achieving objectives that support the Academy’s goals. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, policy and procedure review, transactions processing, treasury and investment management and financial reporting for internal and external users
