Since it was chartered in 1798 by the Massachusetts legislature, Milton Academy and the Town of Milton, Massachusetts, have enjoyed a mutually beneficial and supportive relationship.
As an educational institution, Milton Academy is aware of the many ways public services affect the health and safety of students, faculty and staff. The Academy supports the Town, both directly and indirectly, in a spirit of citizenship and responsibility.
The sections listed on the right detail the ways the Academy's actions and decisions try to enhance the quality of life in the Town.
