Online Application for Grades 9–12

Thank you for your interest in Milton Academy. We are pleased to offer you an application for admission to Grades 9–12. To get started, you will be directed to register and create a username and password.

You do not have to complete your application in one session. You may save your application online and return to it as often as you’d like until you’re ready to submit it.

Recommendations can be completed online for Grades 9–12. Our preferred method is to have recommendations completed online using schoolres.com; it is "green" and reduces the administrative burden for all parties. Click here for more information. View a demo of how schoolrecs.com works.

If you do not want to use the preferred online process, recommendation forms are provided for you to download, print and distribute.
