Online Application

Thank you for your interest in Milton Academy. We are pleased to offer you an application for admission. To get started, you will be directed to register and create a username and password.

You do not have to complete your application in one session. You may save your application online and return to it as often as you’d like until you’re ready to submit it.

Recommendation forms are provided for you to download and distribute.

Your completed application is due by January 15. Feel free to call our office at 617-898-2509 if you have any questions or concerns. A member of the admission staff will be happy to assist you.
