The dining services at Milton are an important part of the residential and daily life of our students and faculty.  Our dining staff works hard to provide diverse and nutritious options for all palates.  Lunches in Forbes dining hall include selections from an extensive salad bar to panini machines, from soups du jour to Asian stir-fry and vegetarian lasagna.  On sunny afternoons, dining services occasionally sponsors outdoor barbeques complete with music.

Milton’s snack bar, located in the Schwarz Student Center, provides another option for students needing an afternoon snack before studying or a sports drink before a tough practice. 

Finally, led by a talented catering director, Milton’s dining services hosts events throughout the year for faculty, alumni and other campus visitors, providing appetizing hor douvres, savory dinners and sweet treats.
