K-12 Director of Multiculturalism and Community Development
A member of the senior administrative council, Ms. Flewelling plans and facilitates diversity programs; serves as a resource for diversity initiatives; helps organize faculty meetings on diversity issues; supports a range of diversity and inclusion professional development structures; and joins meeting of department chairs and the School-wide calendar committee. She is the campus liaison for community public and private partnership opportunities.
Director of Student Multicultural Programming
Mr. Rodriguez works primarily with Upper School students and their families by sustaining and cultivating programs that support the Upper School’s multicultural population and multicultural education. He is involved with overseeing and monitoring the: Transition Program for new international students and students of color, cultural and affinity clubs, and communication with various preparatory and placement programs. Mr Rodriguez provides additional support for communication between Upper School students, families, and the School around issues related to culture and identity. Mr. Rodriguez supports leadership opportunities related to culture and social justice. He also teaches within the Affective Education program.
International Student Support Team
Ms. Dow is a member of the admission office and supports international students coming to Milton, helping them and their families with I-20 management.
