Milton alumni Katie Chow ’12 and Ashley Bae ’12 formed the Asian Inclusion Project as an opportunity to amplify Asian American voices and invite the community to the Asian American experience. They created the project in response to the hate crimes against the Asian and Asian American population, with hopes to bring people together with the power of food. “AIP is our way of celebrating and starting a productive conversation about the diverse ways to be Asian American,” Bae says. “We chose to tell stories of food because food has the power to unify.” Learn more about their collaboration.
