Last week, Austin Vyas ’17 delivered a beautifully restored Harkness table to Milton just in time for the start of school. This restoration was part of a large, four-table project that Vyas took on as an homage to his career at Milton. Vyas shares, “As a 2017 graduate, I certainly benefited from the Harkness style of learning. I thought it very important to get back to that style of learning after the height of the COVID-19 pandemic had passed.” Vyas also had the help of his brother, Ryan Vyas ’19, in repairing the tables, and Evan Scales ’17 in documenting the project.
