Volunteer at Milton Academy

Donors who give at the $2,500 leadership level and above and encourage gifts of leading up to and above $2,500, as well as steward 1798 Circle support through personal outreach and hosting donor events. The 1798 Committee is led by a chair.

Young Alumni volunteers (first 15 years post graduation) who volunteer their time galvanizing class participation in the Milton Fund and stewarding Milton Fund support. Class Agents also help as needed with encouraging attendance at regional Milton events.

Milton alumni and parents who solicit and steward annual support of the Milton Fund from their classmates and or/fellow parents. Volunteers help during key periods, including the end of the calendar year, Giving Day, and the end of the fiscal year.   

Regional committee volunteers help strengthen the Milton community in cities and regions around the globe, including Boston, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and Hong Kong. In partnership with Milton staff, volunteers serve as local ambassadors for the school by supporting regional events and fostering meaningful connections to Milton and one another.

Reunion-year alumni who solicit and steward alumni in honor of their milestone reunion. This is a one-year commitment, and many classes are led by a chair or co-chair.

Reunion Outreach Volunteers, led by a class chair or co-chair, are ambassadors for Milton and their class, supporting class outreach, contributing to class programming, and personally inviting classmates to attend Reunion. 

Alumni in the Boston area who are interested in hosting a senior at their workplace for a senior project experience during the month of May.
