Milton Academy is seeking an Annual Giving Officer, Fundraising Volunteer Initiatives, to play a pivotal role in advancing the strategic mission of Milton by overseeing annual leadership-level solicitations with donors who have a giving potential of $1,000 to $25,000+ annually to the Milton Fund. This includes managing annual volunteer fundraising roles, such as Reunion Gift volunteers, the Parents Committee, and Giving Day Advocates. The officer is responsible for the daily management of volunteers from the Parents Committee and the Reunion Gift Committee from the 20th through the 50th Reunion. Develop a fundraising strategy for volunteer activity that emphasizes annual participation at every level of giving, with a focus on upgraded giving in reunion years. The Annual Giving Officer (AGO) will also streamline overall processes for Milton Fund volunteer recruitment, training, and stewardship. Solicit volunteers for annual leadership gifts as appropriate.
