Assistant Registrar

Milton Academy, established in 1798, is an independent coeducational national boarding and day school, serving 1,000 students in grades K-12, on a 125-acre campus eight miles south of Boston.

Milton Academy is seeking a full-time Upper School Assistant Registrar to begin in August 2019.  The Assistant Registrar works under the supervision of the Registrar and is responsible for assisting with course registration, scheduling, and maintaining the electronic student record system.  The Assistant Registrar assists with multiple projects with specific deadlines and the day-to-day operations of the office. Candidates must be detail-oriented and work well in a team environment.  Administrative duties include filing and office correspondence, as well as providing support as needed for other offices on campus.

Candidates should demonstrate the knowledge and comfort of working with database systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google products, and BlackBaud.  In addition, candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a diverse community, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
