Bonita Billingsley Harris ’82 was honored for her community service efforts at the 7th Annual Black Tie Scholarship Gala sponsored by The New Chesapeake Men for Progress Education Foundation, Inc. (NCMPEF) in Virginia last month. Harris is currently the director of media relations at Dominion Energy. She has also been a board member for several non-profits including Chesapeake Public Schools.
