Volunteer with your class committee.
The success of Reunion depends on the commitment and participation of class volunteers. Your dedication, enthusiasm, and contributions play a vital role in keeping your classmates connected and inspiring their annual support of Milton.
There are two opportunities to get involved as a reunion volunteer: Reunion Gift Committee and Reunion Outreach Committee.
Reunion Gift Committee Responsibilities
- Make your best gift to the Milton Fund in honor of your reunion
- Participate in five 1-hour virtual committee meetings and a fundraising training session
- Assist with screening of classmates to garner giving potential and identify top prospects
- Select 10–20 classmates to solicit and record outcomes of outreach using the GiveCampus Volunteer Management System.
- When gifts are received, personally thank classmates you have solicited
Reunion Outreach Committee Responsibilities
- Participate in committee meetings by Zoom to discuss class engagement and events
- Conduct outreach to approximately 15 classmates to confirm contact information and invite them to attend Reunion
- Plan and execute class-specific programming. This may include class meetings, after-party, or virtual events
- Share photos, memories, and updates on your class webpage, class social media, class notes; ask classmates to share as well
- Make your best gift to the Milton Fund in honor of your reunion
- Participate in your Reunion and have fun!
