Volunteer with your class committee.
The success of Reunion Weekend depends on the commitment and participation of class volunteers. Your dedication, enthusiasm, and contributions play a vital role in keeping your classmates connected and inspiring their annual support of Milton. Please consider leading your class as a Reunion volunteer.
As a Reunion committee member, you will partner with your classmates and the Office of Development and Alumni Relations to plan and implement a memorable Reunion for your class. You will encourage participation, support of the Milton Fund, and engagement from your classmates, as well as serve as a communications vehicle for Reunion events and updates.
Expectations:
- Be an ambassador for Milton Academy and your class as a member of your Reunion committee.
- Lead by example. Make your best gift to the Milton Fund in honor of your Reunion by December 31 and invite your classmates to do the same throughout the year and on Giving Day.
- Participate in 3-4 virtual committee meetings between September 2022 and June 2023.
- Invite classmates to Reunion through personal outreach including notes, phone calls, social media, and word of mouth. Templates provided!
- Partner with other committee members to plan a class program.
- Participate in Reunion and have fun!
You can expect to devote approximately 5-7 hours per month from September 2022-June 2023 to Reunion activities at your own time discretion.
