Milton Academy, established in 1798, is an independent coeducational national boarding and day school, serving 1,000 students in grades K-12, on a 125-acre campus eight miles south of Boston.

Milton Academy is seeking a full-time Upper School Registrar to begin in July 2019.  The Registrar works under the supervision of the Academic Dean and is responsible for course registration, scheduling, and maintaining the electronic student record system.  The Registrar responds to the needs of current and former students, parents, and faculty. Simultaneously, the Registrar manages multiple projects with specific deadlines and supervises the Assistant Registrar and the day-to-day operations of the office.

Candidates should demonstrate the knowledge and comfort of working with database systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google products, and BlackBaud.  In addition, candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a diverse community, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
