Congratulations to Tristan Zeman ’13 and Jonnie Lawson ’15 for establishing their own farming business called Interius Farms. Tristan and Jonnie met at Wolcott House at Milton Academy, where they played football and baseball together. The two graduated from McGill University with management degrees. With a keen interest in sustainability, they created a sustainable farming business to benefit the Montreal community, especially during the winter months. Using a process known as vertical farming, Zeman and Lawson will bring fresh, local produce options to their community and eventually to consumers across Canada. Read more about their work.
