How to Apply to the Middle School
Please note that we are fully enrolled for the 2021–2022 school year and are no longer accepting new applications. Our admission process for the 2022–2023 school year will begin in mid-September and go through January 15, 2022. Milton Academy welcomes applications for Grade 6 through Grade 8. Our planned entry points for the Middle School are Grade 6 and Grade 7, but limited spaces in Grade 8 occasionally become available. To begin your conversation with Milton Academy for the 2022–2023 school year, complete and submit the Request Information form to add your name to our mailing list. Admission Packets are sent electronically to the email provided.
To begin, families will be directed to create an online account to manage all aspects of the application process:
- Access Milton’s application
- Initiate requests for recommendations
- Download PDFs
- Track the status of an application
- View decision letters on March 10
While we encourage families to begin the application process before the deadline, completed applications are due by January 15.

Awards are reviewed annually, and returning students must reapply for aid each year. The PFS must be submitted by January 31 for new families and by January 15 for current Milton families.
