The Human Resources Department is committed to delivering quality programs and products that not only support the mission of Milton Academy and its employees but also meet the challenges of a changing world. In partnership with Academy administration, the Human Resources Department develops and implements programs to recruit and retain highly qualified and diverse faculty and staff, to facilitate positive employee relations, to enhance employee skills and performance, and to increase organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. We strive to provide comprehensive and competitive benefit and compensation packages and to administer these programs, including payroll services, with a high level of service to support one of Milton’s greatest assets, its employees.
