Enabling Two-step Verification

Milton employees are required to enable two-step verification on their Milton Google account. This adds an additional barrier to help prevent unauthorized access to your account. Printing on campus

Milton has many printers on campus that are available to students, faculty, and staff. All printers can be connected to Windows, Mac, Android, ChromeOS, and iOS devices.

MyMilton

MyMilton contains a great deal of information for students, parents, and teachers. For example, parents can view their child’s comments and grades; students can see their schedules, and all can view the Milton directory.

Classroom Management

Milton uses Schoology in the Upper School for course management, and Google Classroom in the Middle School. Students and teachers can share information, assignments, and classwork through these systems.

Milton provides a Virtual Desktop service (known as VDI) to students, faculty, and staff. VDI has many uses. A student might use it to access their M Drive from off-campus, while employees can use it to access certain applications from their own devices. To access VDI, simply click this link.

Uses of VDI

  • Access M Drive or shared drives from off-campus or personal devices
  • Use common Milton applications from personal devices (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Use specialized software (Raiser’s Edge, Financial Edge) from off-campus (certain employees only)
